Custom Website Design Services in India

GOSHU Digital offers website design services in India for small and growing businesses that have outgrown a template, or have never had a proper website at all. We design custom, mobile-first websites that explain what you do in plain words and make it easy for a visitor to call you, message you on WhatsApp or send an enquiry. Every layout starts with the screen most of your customers will use: an Android phone on a mobile data connection.

We plan the content, design the pages and build them in code with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, so the site you approve is the site that goes live, with no heavy page builder slowing it down. We work in English and Hindi, over phone and WhatsApp, with clients across Haryana and the rest of India. Closer to home, we are a website designing company in Rohtak and can meet in person in Rohtak by appointment.

Already have a website that isn't bringing in enquiries? A website redesign may be the better route, because it keeps the Google traffic your current pages have already earned.

Who our website design service is for

Our website design service suits businesses that sell through conversations: someone finds you on Google or Instagram, checks your website, then calls or messages before buying. The website's job is to make that next step obvious.

  • Local service businesses such as clinics, diagnostic labs, salons, gyms, CA firms and law practices, where the site needs services, timings, location and a one-tap way to call or book.
  • Coaching institutes and schools that need course pages, admission enquiry forms, and faculty and results pages that parents actually read.
  • Manufacturers, traders and exporters who want a product catalogue and an enquiry route of their own, instead of depending only on marketplace listings such as IndiaMART.
  • Startups and new brands that need a credible launch site, or a focused landing page before spending money on ads.
  • Consultants, architects, photographers and other professionals who need a portfolio that loads quickly and shows real work.
  • Brands that sell online. If you need a cart, payments and order management, see ecommerce website development instead.

Types of websites we design

Business websites

A typical business website has a homepage, an about page, a page for each main service or product line and a contact page, plus FAQs or a gallery where useful. Each important service gets its own page and heading, because one page listing everything rarely ranks for any of it.

Landing pages for Google and Meta ads

A landing page has one job: turning ad clicks into enquiries. We design landing pages that repeat the ad's promise, load quickly on mobile data, keep the form short and put the WhatsApp button within thumb reach. Conversion tracking can show which campaigns produce calls and form submissions, not just clicks.

Portfolio and personal brand websites

For professionals and creative studios, the work is the sales pitch. We design galleries that load progressively, and project pages that tell a short story: the brief, what you did and the outcome, in your own words.

Bilingual English and Hindi websites

If many of your customers prefer Hindi, a Hindi version widens your reach. We design layouts that hold both scripts comfortably, use fonts made for Devanagari and set up separate language pages, so search engines show each version to the right person.

Designed for how India browses

Your customers are more likely to be browsing in a busy market on one bar of signal than on a fast office laptop. We design for that.

  • Mobile first, not mobile later. We design the phone layout first, for screens around 360 pixels wide, and test on real Android handsets as well as iPhones before scaling up to desktop.
  • Light on data. Compressed modern image formats, no autoplaying background video and a small set of fonts, so pages open on patchy 4G and don't eat into a prepaid data pack.
  • One tap to talk. Click-to-call and click-to-WhatsApp buttons on every page, with a pre-filled WhatsApp message so you know which page the enquiry came from.
  • Forms that reach a person. An enquiry form is only useful if someone sees it. We route submissions to WhatsApp, a shared inbox or your CRM, and test delivery before launch.
  • Trust signals Indian buyers check. Your registered business name, GSTIN if you have one, service areas, real photos and a link to your Google reviews, placed where a first-time visitor looks for them.
  • Payments where they help. For bookings, deposits or course fees, we can add a UPI-friendly payment option through a gateway such as Razorpay, without turning the site into a full online store.
  • Privacy basics. A plain-language privacy notice for any form that collects names and phone numbers, which India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act makes more than a formality.

UI/UX design that leads to an enquiry

Good UI/UX design for a business website is less about decoration and more about removing doubt. Within a few seconds a visitor should know what you offer, who it is for, where you work and what to do next. We settle that hierarchy before choosing colours or images.

In practice that means a clear headline instead of a slogan, sections ordered by the questions customers ask most, buttons that say what happens next ("WhatsApp us for a quote", not "Submit"), text readable without zooming, and consistent components so the site stays coherent as you add pages. Need a logo first? Our logo design and brand identity work can run alongside the website.

How our website design process works

  1. Discovery

A call or WhatsApp chat about your customers, competitors and the enquiries you want more of. In Rohtak we can also meet in person by appointment.

  2. Sitemap and content plan

We agree the list of pages, what each one must say and which customer questions it should answer, before any design work starts.

  3. Design direction

We design the homepage and one key inner page with your real content, on mobile and desktop, and refine them with your feedback.

  4. Build

The approved design is built in code, responsive from the smallest phone upward, with optimised images and clean, semantic HTML.

  5. SEO and tracking setup

Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, an XML sitemap, structured data, Google Search Console and analytics are set up before launch, not added as an afterthought.

  6. Testing

We test on real phones and on a throttled slow connection, and send test enquiries through every form and button.

  7. Launch and handover

We connect your domain, switch on HTTPS, confirm that Google can crawl the site, and walk you through how updates work.

Custom design or a ready-made template?

A theme or template isn't always wrong. For a simple online presence on a tight budget, a well-chosen template can do the job. Custom design earns its cost when your site must win enquiries against competitors, carry a lot of content or stay fast on mobile.

SEO and speed built in, not bolted on

Search engines and visitors reward the same things: pages that load quickly, answer the question and work well on a phone. Building with Next.js instead of a page builder lets pages be pre-rendered as lightweight HTML, a strong start for both. We don't promise rankings, because nobody honestly can, but every site we design launches with its technical foundations in place.

When you are ready to grow traffic beyond that foundation, our SEO services cover technical and local SEO, including your Google Business Profile.

What to ask before hiring website design services in India

Quotes for what sounds like the same website can differ several times over, mostly because they include different things. Whoever you hire, get written answers to these questions before paying an advance:

  • Will the domain be registered in my name, and will I have the logins for it and for the hosting?
  • Do I receive the source code and design files at the end of the project?
  • Who writes the text and who supplies photos? Are any stock images properly licensed?
  • How many rounds of changes are included, and what does an extra round cost?
  • Where do enquiry form submissions go, and has that been tested?
  • After launch, who fixes bugs, renews the domain and SSL certificate, and makes content updates?
  • Is basic SEO set up (titles, descriptions, sitemap, Search Console), or is it charged separately?

What's included

  • A sitemap and content plan agreed before design starts

  • Click-to-call and click-to-WhatsApp buttons
  • Enquiry forms with tested delivery
  • On-page SEO setup: titles, descriptions, headings, XML sitemap and structured data
  • Google Search Console and analytics setup

Frequently asked questions

What does GOSHU Digital charge for website design?

We quote per project, because the price depends on scope: how many pages and distinct page layouts you need, whether you want a Hindi version, forms or payment integration, and whether we are shaping the content or working from text you supply. Send us a short brief on WhatsApp (your business, the pages you have in mind and a few websites you like) and we will reply with a written quote.

For typical market ranges in India, see our website development cost guide.

How long does a website design project take?

It depends less on the design itself than on content and feedback. The schedule is driven by the number of pages, how quickly text and photos are ready, and how quickly you can review each stage. We agree a schedule with you before work starts and share progress on a private preview link as pages are built, so there are no surprises at launch.

Do I need to provide the text and photos?

Ideally you supply the facts (services, timings, team and project details) because nobody knows your business better. Real photos of your work, premises and team build far more trust than stock images.

If writing isn't your strength, tell us at the quote stage and we can shape your notes into page copy as part of the scope.

Can you design my website in both Hindi and English?

Yes. We work in English and Hindi and can design a bilingual site with separate Hindi pages, fonts made for Devanagari, and the language tags search engines need to show each version to the right audience. We recommend Hindi copy that is written or reviewed by a fluent speaker rather than machine-translated.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes, if you want to. For content that changes often, such as notices, blog posts, courses or products, we can connect a simple content management system so your team can edit it without touching code. If you would rather not deal with updates at all, our website maintenance service can handle them for you.

Will my new website rank on Google?

A well-built site gives you the right foundations: fast pages, clear headings, one page per service and the technical setup search engines need. Rankings then depend on competition, content and reputation over time, and anyone who guarantees a first-page or #1 position is overpromising. We will tell you honestly what a new website can and can't do for search, and where ongoing SEO would help.

Can you add a booking or payment option without building a full online store?

Yes. For bookings, deposits or course fees we can add a UPI-friendly payment option through a gateway such as Razorpay, without turning the site into a full store. If you need a cart and order management, see ecommerce website development.
